MaxText allows you to send an unlimited number of Text
messages directly from your Maximizer Address Book. You can use your clients First Name and Last Name in the text
to personalize the message. You can also choose to add a note to the records that you send
to. A note will automatically be added to records with blank or invalid phone
number fields so you can quickly identify and rectify the integrity of your
database. *There
are no up-front licence or administrative costs. You can purchase credits
from $78.00 (AUD Ex Tax) for a block of 400 credits. In Australia, this means
that each message will only cost about 19.5 cents. Discounts apply for larger
blocks. |

Overview MaxText extracts the names
and mobile numbers from your Maximizer Address Book and sends text messages
through our SMS gateway. By inserting merge codes into the text, you can
personalize your message. Target Any organization that uses
Maximizer and wants to communicate with prospects and clients via SMS. How
it works · Select the
record/s you want to communicate with from the Maximizer Address Book. · Start MaxTEXT by clicking on a button on the Maximizer toolbar.
· Type in your
message or select from a list of templates. Insert merge codes to personalize
the message and increase the impact of your message. · Select the ‘Send
to” option and click on [Send] Your message/s will be sent
and a note added to every record. How
