MaxActivityAnalysis

Managers can now quickly and easily analyse the activity of sales staff

Clients and prospects often ask "how can I get a snap shot of what my sales staff have been doing". Unfortunately Maximizer does not provide a standard report to display sales activity so we have created a one click process to allow managers to check on the sales activities of members their sales team.

Product Description

MaxActivityAnalysis searches notes and opportunities to summarise key sales activities for all users with the role 'Sales Representitive'.

The data is then exported into an Excel spreadsheet and displayed as Pivot Tables and Charts.

Target

Any organisation with sales staff that need to be managed.

Client Benefit

Managers have a simple but effective method of summarising sales activities so they can manage their staff.

Price

$ 90.00 Ex Tax US per licence

Min Requirement

Any Maximizer SQL version from Enterprise 9.5 (includes CRM 10 and 10.5)

Microsoft Excel (or Microsoft Office) 2003 or 2007 (earlier versions may work but have not been tested)

Try before you buy

Click on http://www.rapid.com.au/updates/maxactivityanalysisupdate.exeand extract the files.

Browse to the target folder and run MaxActivityAnalysis.exe. The program doesn't need Maximizer running.

You can use MaxActivityAnalysis 30 times before you need to purchase the product.

How it works

The program finds all Maximizer Users that have the ‘User’s Role’ – Sales Representative ticked.

The process then counts for each user:

       All Manual notes

       All Phone Notes

All Notes where a Task or Appointment has been marked as completed

All Opportunities All Notes where a Task or Appointment has been marked as completed

      All Opportunities created

       All Opportunities Won

       All Opportunities Lost

       All Opportunities Abandoned

       All Opportunities Suspended

This data is presented in an Excel Pivot Table and Pivot Chart

MaxActivityAnalysis will then calculate the totals for:

       All Opportunities create

      All Opportunities Won

       All Opportunities Lost

       All Opportunities Abandoned

       All Opportunities Suspended

This data is also presented in an Excel Pivot Table and Pivot Chart
