Implementation
Rapid.CRM
can provide all the services to implement a complete Maximizer solution
locally, throughout Australia and even across the world. Our consultants
will work with you and the network of trained and authorized Maximizer
Business Partners throughout the world. Services are provided on an hourly
rate (from $125 per hour - plus GST) or on a project basis.
Integration
We
have extensive experience integrating Maximizer with the range of other
business software applications including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,
Microsoft Access, MYOB, Great Plains Dynamics, Arrow Accounting and
virtually any application that has an ODBC 32 bit interface.
Customization
Using
internal Maximizer settings and the Integrators Toolkit, Rapid.CRM can
customize the User Interface extensively. This provides your users with a
program that works the way they do.
Data
Conversion
We
have a number of utilities that allows us to convert data from a number of
different sources including Tracker, ACT, Access and numerous other types
of data. Although complete conversion can’t be guaranteed, we can save
the time of re-keying data and the pain of working with inaccurate data.

you require assistance to use or modify Maximizer or associated software,

Report
writing
We
can use a number of tools including Reportsmith, Crystal Reports, MS Query
and Visual Basic to produce easy to use and effective reporting on almost
any data within Maximizer.
e-Marketing
We
can help you plan, design, create and launch personalised, high impact
bulk email marketing campaigns that ensures that your message is read and
understood.
Training
Rapid.CRM
are well placed to provide a range of training services customized to your
specific requirements. These include instructor lead classes in our
premises or yours and Individual-training sessions can be formulated to
suit as required.
