Training

RapidCRM has been training our clients to get the most out of Maximizer since 1997. We can provide a range of training services to meet the general needs of your organisation and the specific needs of individual users.

We can provide training in our facilities and we also have a mobile training facility consisting of 6 notebooks that allows us to come to you and conduct training in your facilities.

Training is delivered using one or both of the following methods:

Structured course:			These courses are non industry or organisation specific and designed to meet the typical needs of most users. Structured courses have been refined over the last 8 years to ensure effectiveness. Structured courses are charged per Course/User.
Tailored course:			These courses are based on structured courses but modified to use an organisations database and field structure. Tailored courses are charged per Course/User with a once off fee to modify the course material and training database.
Add Hoc training:			Add Hoc training is ideal for very small groups where training for specific functions or advanced technical knowledge is required.
To ensure the effective utilisation of Maximizer, we recommend the following:

	All	Notebook Rental (per user per course)		Course	$ 25 per user
