MaxQuote Manager has been designed to integrate with Maximizer and the Opportunity Management system. As quotes are created, Revenue, Cost, Profit and Status fields in Maximizer’s Opportunity Manager are updated automatically.

Quote items can added to the item list manually, you can import from items from your inventory system or you can link directly to your inventory system through ODBC*. This ensures your sales staff have the latest and most accurate list of items to quote on.

Create Unique Quote numbers

Quote numbers increment automatically and details such as the date, the creators name or the customers name can be added to the quote number.

Save Time Creating quotes

·         With MaxQuote you can create “Favourites” so you can pick from a list of previously created quotes. The new quote is created in seconds.

·         Quote items are selected from a list so details such as description and sell price are automatically inserted into the quote.

·         Email a quote with all the relevant details without opening Word or Outlook.

·         Quotes are retrieved from Maximizer so you can find your quote quickly by starting with the Maximizer record it relates to.
