Integrate with your inventory system Quote items can added to the item list manually, you can import from items from your inventory system or you can link directly to your inventory system through ODBC*. This ensures your sales staff have the latest and most accurate list of items to quote on. Create Unique Quote numbers Quote numbers increment automatically and details such as the date, the creators name or the customers name can be added to the quote number. Save Time Creating quotes · With MaxQuote you can create “Favourites” so you can pick from a list of previously created quotes.
