MaxBookings - How it works

 

 

MaxBookings is a separate application that is installed on each user’s PC. Using Maximizer’s API (Application Programming Interface), MaxBookings integrates seamlessly with Maximizer and has a similar look and feel.

 

MaxBookings works Maximizer’s Calendar and links Maximizer records to the activity.

 

 

 

By using Maximizer Email, User Defined and Address fields you can automatically email confirmations, reminders and follow-up “Thank You” messages.

 

 

Of course all correspondence is logged in Maximzer’s notes so you can easily check the communication history for your Maximizer entries.

When courses and events are completed, you can quickly and easily update the Maximizer records of all the participants to identify who has attended particular events.

 

 

 

You can record instructor’s comments, attendees comments and a score out of 100 from attendee feedback sheets.

 

 

 

You can assess the effectiveness or success of events by Event/Instructor/Presentor/Date range and fine tune your processes accordingly.
