Linking external data to Maximizer records has not been simple. Many organizations want to link information such as equipment details, software, assets and various other information to a Maximizer client. Now you can easily extend Maximizer’s database structure and customize the additional data to suit your individual requirements.

You can even link the custom data to Maximizer Customer Service cases.

Overview

MaxCustomRecord links Maximizer Client records to additional fields in Maximizer’s custom database. This allows a one-to-many relationship between Maximizer Company and Individual records such equipment details, software details, assets etc.

Target

MaxCustomRecord is ideal for organizations that want to link additional data to Maximizer records but are limited by the Maximizer User-defined field structure.

 

Additional fields

MaxCustomRecord accesses Maximizer’s built in custom tables that allows to keep up to 5 Alpha Numeric, 3 Date and 5 Numeric fields for each Maximizer Client record and the

Additional financial information can also be stored for each custom record. This allows you to capture information about the financial institution, contract type, finance amounts and dates. You have option to set a Hotlist reminder for when a contract period terminates.

Field names can be modified to suit your requirements.

 

Customise your title

You can even customize the title of your custom database.

 

Information is easy to view and modify

Data is stored in a following window in the bottom right hand window pane so it easy to see customer data that is linked to the current record. Adding, editing and deleting information is as easy as a right mouse click.

 

Searching data

A powerful search function allows you to search custom record and financial data and retrieve the corresponding Maximizer records for sales and marketing activities.

Linking to Customer Service

By installing the optional Customer Service module, custom records can be linked to Customer Service cases so you can manage and analyse customer service activity associated with a custom record.

Synchronising data

Because the data is stored in Maximizer fields, all custom and financial data is synchronized to all computers in your Maximizer system through MaxExchange.

Custom records are linked to an Address Book record the same way Notes, User-defined fields and Documents are.

 

 

Add, Open and Delete records from the following window.

 

 

Open a Custom record to view and edit details.

 

 

Manage the Finance details for a Custom Record.

 

 

Modify the field labels and Custom Database title to meet you own requirements.

 

Search Custom Records by any Custom Record or Finance detail field. Retrieve the records in Maximizer or print the details to Excel.
