Linking records with Cases By
using MaxCustomService to create or modify Customer
Service Cases, you can select which Custom record that the case is linked
with. After
the link is created, you can view and edit cases from the MaxCustomRecord
interface and add and edit MaxCustomRecord details
from a Customer Service Case. |

Synchronising
data Because
the data is stored in Maximizer fields, all MaxCustomService
data is synchronized to all computers in your Maximizer system through
MaxExchange. |
