a quote is created, Revenue, cost and profit fields in the Opportunity
Manager are updated.

quote can be converted to an order and then converted into an Excel

etc. This can also potentially create a "Sales Order" in
your financial system.
- When
the order is created, the Opportunity is automatically changed to
"Won" and the date, Revenue, cost and profit fields are
updated.
