MaxQuote Manager has been designed to integrate with Maximizer and the Opportunity Management system.

Major Features

  • Links with Word to automatically generate quote documents and html attachments for emails.
  • Automatically generate emails for quick quoting.
  • Create a library of Word documents to ensure speed, accuracy and professionalism.
  • Item lists can be imported or added manually. This can potentially be replaced with an ODBC link to your inventory system.
  • Pricing can either be calculated as a predefined Markup from Cost or discount from RRP.
  • Details of quote cost, profit and %GP are displayed on screen while the quote is being created.
  • It has optional document control to control quote revisions.
  • The user can save and recall quotes from a favourites list to speed up the process.
  • When a quote is created, Revenue, cost and profit fields in the Opportunity Manager are updated. 
  • A quote can be converted to an order and then converted into an Excel spreadsheet that contains details like cost, supplier supplier code etc. This can also potentially create a "Sales Order" in your financial system.
  • When the order is created, the Opportunity is automatically changed to "Won" and the date, Revenue, cost and profit fields are updated.
