·        Create a hotlist task ensure the next step of the sales process is scheduled.

·        Create a  predefined quote document with links to Maximizer (optional)

·        Open the Quoting System (optional if MaxQuote Manager is installed)

 

 

 

 

Define which User Defined fields you want captured when the Opportunity is created.

 

 

 

Define how you want the Quote number to be formatted

 

 

 

To create an opportunity, select the clients record from Maximizer's Address book and click on the MaxSalesAssistant icon on your Maximizer Toolbar.

Users are only prompted to update User Defined fields that you have specified.

 

 

 

Critical fields are mandatory to ensure critical information such as

q       Objective

q       Sales Team

q       Team Leader

q       Revenue

q       Probability

q       Expected close date

q       Next Action (Hotlist task)

 

 

 

 

You can also use MaxSalesAssistant to manage the Opportunity process.
