drill down into a MYOB invoice without the need to have MYOB running. By
Importing MYOB balances into Maximizer, you create more professional credit
correspondence, saving time and improving collection performance while

Overview MaxToMYOB links Maximizer
Address Book records with MYOB cards. Target Any organization that uses
Maximizer and MYOB. Create
MYOB cards without having to re-enter data Create MYOB cards from
Maximizer by clicking on a button. MaxToMYOB will search the MYOB card file
for matching records. If a match is found you can create a permanent link
between Maximizer and MYOB, or simply click a button and the MYOB card will
be created using the Company and Address information from the Maximizer
record. View
MYOB Sales History from Maximizer without need to run MYOB From Maximizer, you can view
your clients’ sales and invoice history. Sales staff can immediately view
details of what your customers have purchased, when they purchased, how much
they paid and how many they bought. You can also see if the invoice has been
paid. Searching
sales data A powerful search function
allows you to search MYOB sales history and retrieve the corresponding
Maximizer records for sales and marketing activities. Import
MYOB cards into Maximizer The automated MaxToMYOB
Import function can automatically create Maximizer records using information
from the MYOB Cardfile. This ensures that Customers created in MYOB will also
be added to your Maximizer Address Book. Import
critical MYOB information into Maximizer The automated MaxToMYOB
Import function imports sales summary information and balances into Maximizer
User Defined fields so it can be accessed in Maximizer. Sales staff have
access to Year To Date Sales, Highest Invoice, Last Sale date and Products
