Training

RapidCRM has been training our clients to get the most out of Maximizer since 1997. We can provide a range of training services to meet the general needs of your organisation and the specific needs of individual users.

We can provide training in our facilities and we also have a mobile training facility consisting of 6 notebooks that allows us to come to you and conduct training in your facilities.

Training is delivered using one or both of the following methods:

Structured course:

These courses are non industry or organisation specific and designed to meet the typical needs of most users. Structured courses have been refined over the last 8 years to ensure effectiveness. Structured courses are charged per Course/User.

Tailored course:

These courses are based on structured courses but modified to use an organisations database and field structure. Tailored courses are charged per Course/User with a once off fee to modify the course material and training database.

Add Hoc training:

Add Hoc training is ideal for very small groups where training for specific functions or advanced technical knowledge is required.
